Abstract

The textbook discusses the conceptual foundations of the strategy essence, the methodology of its construction, and criteria for assessing its effectiveness. The types of strategies and general characteristics of the strategic set of a modern enterprise are given. The factors that influence the formation of general (corporate) and competitive strategies are identified, the essence and significance of the enterprise functional strategies are revealed. The manual focuses on some aspects of the decision-making methodology for implementing the enterprise's strategy. The textbook will be useful for students and teachers of this discipline, as well as graduate students, students of postgraduate education and training courses, entrepreneurs, practicing managers, and economists-practitioners.
