Abstract

Діяльність підприємств житлово-комунального господарства потребує наявності необхідної кількості знань і вмінь для організації та підтримки конкурентоспроможності і розвитку в умовах зміни та реформації внутрішнього економічного середовища, що потребує відповідних аналітичних досліджень. У роботі детально викладена система показників аналізу розвитку підприємств житлово-комунального господарства, яка включає в себе одинадцять агрегованих груп. Запропонована автором система показників розвитку підприємств житлово-комунального господарства надасть можливість виявити проблемні напрями діяльності; сприяти розробленню відповідних заходів для запобігання негативних тенденцій у роботі як підприємств, так і всього житлово-комунального господарства країни в перспективі; розширити поле для діяльності інвесторів; дати змогу створенню та формуванню ефективного власника житла; ціновій доступності житлово-комунальних послуг; підвищити якість наданих послуг та задоволення нагальних потреб мешканців держави через безпосереднє застосування стандартів якості житлово-комунальних послуг.

Delays in the reform of housing and communal services have led to the fact that enterprises in the industry are unable to work effectively in market conditions, and consequently the quality of service is at an inadequate level. The activities of housing and communal services require the necessary amount of knowledge and skills to organize and maintain competitiveness and development in a changing and reforming domestic economic environment, which requires appropriate analytical research. The purpose of the work is to highlight the proposed system of indicators of analysis of the development of housing and communal services and determine the prospects for further improvement. The research was conducted using the abstract-logical method - with theoretical generalization and formulation of conclusions; economic and statistical-in the development of a system of indicators for the development of housing and communal services; monographic –in the study of literary sources and the study of the development of the problems. The system of indicators of the analysis of development of the enterprises of housing and communal services is in detail stated in work. Which includes eleven aggregate groups. The system of indicators of development of the enterprises of housing and communal services offered by the author will give the chance to reveal problem directions of activity; to promote the development of appropriate measures to prevent negative trends in the work of both enterprises and the entire housing and communal services of the country in the future; expand the field for investors; to enable the creation and formation of an effective homeowner; affordability of housing and communal services; to improve the quality of services provided and meet the urgent needs of state residents through the direct application of quality standards for housing and communal services.
