Розпорядження майном вилученим за порушення митного законодавства в Індії

Abstract

У тезах розглянуто основні способи розпорядження майном, що перейшло у власність держави за порушення митного законодавства в Індії. Визначено, що Особливістю розпорядження вилученими товарами в Індії є те, що всі товари згруповані в 4 групи і залежно від групи здійснюються процедура розпорядження ними. Класифікацію товарів здійснено на оcнові окремих характеристик та життєвого циклу товарів. The article deals with the main ways of disposing of property that has become state property for violation of customs legislation in India. It is determined that the peculiarity of disposing of confiscated goods in India is that all the goods are grouped into 4 groups and, depending on the group, the procedure for disposing of them is carried out. The classification of goods is based on individual characteristics and the life cycle of the goods.
