Психологічні підтримка державних службовців в умовах воєнного стану та повоєнний час

Abstract

This master’s thesis examines the psychological characteristics of support for civil servants during martial law and the postwar period. The main focus is on analyzing the theoretical and methodological approaches to the structure of support, empirically studying the state of psychological safety and the resource potential of specialists, as well as developing practical measures for their recovery. The study was conducted with the participation of 52 civil servants aged 23 to 58 at SMART-REAL LLC, Kyiv. The phenomenon of «depleted resilience» was established, characterized by a deep deficit in internal well-being and self-recovery skills against a background of high professional responsibility. Family support was identified as a key external resource for the majority of respondents. Based on the results, a psychological recovery program was developed, founded on four vectors: individual-resource, cognitive-semantic, socio-communicative, and organizational-family. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of implementing the developed recommendations into the activities of state institutions to preserve the mental health of personnel and increase the resilience of the administrative apparatus
