Анотація

The article presents a systematic review of modern methods for assessing psycho-emotional states, highlighting their importance in psychological diagnostics and psy-chocorrection. The primary focus is on the significance of these tools for the comprehensive analysis of emotional and psychological states of individuals, especially crucial in professions with high-stress and emotional demands (such as healthcare workers, social services, military personnel, etc.). The first part of the article reviews methods aimed at directly assessing psycho-emotional states, including differ-ential emotion scales, indices of anxiety, depression, and aggression. These methods provide a quick and accurate analysis of an individual’s current emotional state, enabling timely correction at early stages. The second part of the review examines methods that investigate characterological personality traits, such as the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI), the Leonhard-Schmiesek Questionnaire, and Eysenck's EPI personality inventory. These methods allow for identifying tendencies toward certain emotional responses, facilitating the selection of optimal psychocorrection approaches. The third section explores integrative methods, incorporating psycho-emotional state as part of other mental phenomena, allowing for a holistic understanding of psychological func-tioning. Special attention is given to methods for assessing professional disadaptation and emotional burnout, which hold practical significance for reducing the risk of de-creased professional effectiveness.Based on the conducted review, key psychocorrec-tional approaches are identified, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, body-oriented psychotherapy, music therapy, visualization therapy, and gestalt therapy. It is shown that these approaches help reduce stress levels, im-prove adaptive resources, and maintain psycho-emotional well-being, which is particularly important in crisis situa-tions. The application of consciousness development, em-pathy, and emotional intelligence training is also proposed to help individuals adapt to high levels of stress in profes-sional settings. The practical significance of this study lies in the potential for adapting these methods to the specifics of the Ukrainian context, particularly amid socio-political instabil-ity, which generates high levels of stress and increases the need for psychological support. The scientific value of the article is in the systematization of data on methods for as-sessing psycho-emotional states, providing a solid founda-tion for further research in psychodiagnostics and psy-chocorrection. The review’s conclusions may be useful for developing strategies to support mental health and prevent emotional burnout, especially in professions with high emo-tional demands.
