Запобігання порушення прав інтелектуальної власності в е-комерції (Досвід європейської практики для України)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the protection of intellectual property rights in e-commerce. The main conceptual and categorical apparatus in the field of protection of intellectual property rights in e-commerce is analyzed and on the basis of this analysis the concept is distinguished "Counterfeit", "counterfeit", "pirated products", "non-original products", "counterfeit". It is concluded that the concept "Counterfeit products" are broader than the concept of "counterfeit", because in practice counterfeit products can be considered as a type of counterfeit.
