Цифрова трансформація фінансових технологій: виклики та можливості

Abstract

У розділі монографії досліджено сучасні тенденції цифровізації фінансового сектору та їх вплив на трансформацію глобальної й національних фінансових систем. Особливу увагу приділено розвитку ринків приватних криптовалют, регуляторним викликам і потенційним макроекономічним наслідкам їх функціонування. Розкрито інституційні зміни, зумовлені впровадженням технологій блокчейн, фінтех-рішень, децентралізованих фінансів (DeFi), стейблкоїнів та цифрових валют центральних банків. Проаналізовано вплив зазначених інновацій на структуру та динаміку світової фінансової системи. Окремо розглянуто питання кібербезпеки у фінансовій сфері та ризики, пов’язані з використанням криптовалют, зокрема кіберзлочинність і регуляторні проблеми. Визначено ключові виклики та перспективи цифрової трансформації фінансового сектору, а також окреслено можливі сценарії формування концепції цифрового Бреттон-Вудсу як нової інституційної платформи глобального фінансового порядку. Монографія узагальнює сучасні фінансові інновації та пропонує бачення стратегічних напрямів розвитку фінансових ринків в умовах цифрової економіки.

The monograph examines current trends in the digital transformation of the financial sector and their impact on the restructuring of global and national financial systems. Particular attention is paid to the development of private cryptocurrency markets, regulatory challenges, and potential macroeconomic implications of their functioning. The study explores institutional changes driven by the adoption of blockchain technology, fintech solutions, decentralized finance (DeFi), stablecoins, and central bank digital currencies. The impact of these innovations on the structure and dynamics of the global financial system is analyzed. Special focus is placed on cybersecurity issues in the financial sector and risks associated with cryptocurrencies, including cybercrime and regulatory challenges. The monograph identifies key challenges and prospects of digital transformation in finance and outlines possible scenarios for the emergence of a digital Bretton Woods framework as a new institutional platform of the global financial order. The study summarizes contemporary financial innovations and presents a vision of strategic directions for the development of financial markets in the context of the digital economy.
