Цифрова трансформація фінансових технологій: виклики та можливості

Abstract

Монографія присвячена вивченню сучасних тенденцій цифровізації у фінансовому секторі. Особлива увага приділяється ринкам приватних криптовалют, їх розвитку, регуляторним викликам та можливим макроекономічним наслідкам. Розглядаються інституційні зміни, зумовлені впровадженням технологій блокчейн, фінансових технологій (фінтех), децентралізованих фінансів (DeFi), стейблкоїнів та цифрових валют центральних банків. Аналізується вплив цих нововведень на глобальну фінансову систему та національні економіки. Окремо досліджується роль кібербезпеки та ризики, пов'язані з криптовалютами, включаючи кіберзлочинність та регуляторні проблеми. Визначено перспективи і виклики цифрових перетворень у фінансовій сфері, а також окреслено можливі сценарії розвитку цифрового Бреттон-Вудсу як нової інституційної та інструментальної платформи. Монографія надає огляд сучасних інновацій у фінансовій сфері, підкреслює важливість стратегічного вибору на користь цифровізації та пропонує бачення майбутнього розвитку фінансових ринків у контексті цифрових технологій.

The monograph is dedicated to the study of current trends in digitalization within the financial sector. Special attention is given to the markets of private cryptocurrencies, their development, regulatory challenges, and potential macroeconomic impacts. Institutional changes prompted by the implementation of blockchain technologies, financial technologies (fintech), decentralized finance (DeFi), stablecoins, and central bank digital currencies are examined. The impact of these innovations on the global financial system and national economies is analyzed. The role of cybersecurity and risks associated with cryptocurrencies, including cybercrime and regulatory issues, are separately investigated. The prospects and challenges of digital transformations in the financial sector are identified, as well as possible scenarios for the development of a digital Bretton Woods as a new institutional and instrumental platform. The monograph provides an overview of contemporary innovations in the financial sphere, emphasizes the importance of strategic choices in favor of digitalization, and offers a vision for the future development of financial markets in the context of digital technologies.
