Abstract

During the research, the essence of the concept of "team formation in an online space" was revealed. The peculiarities of interaction and communication in an online team were analyzed, and optimal strategies and recommendations for forming an effective team in an online space were identified. An experiment was conducted, and data was collected to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategies and recommendations for team formation in an online space. Various approaches and theories for team formation in an online space were analyzed, including the use of specialized platforms, video conferencing, and other technologies. The theories of team formation in an online space are based on traditional team formation theories but take into account the peculiarities of online communication and the use of relevant technologies. The research also highlighted theoretical aspects of team formation in an online space, such as the interplay of communication and its influence on the team formation process. It was determined that aspects such as psychological safety and collaborative goal-setting are key to successful team formation in an online space.
