Abstract

Розглянуто сутність і зміст в узагальненні та закріпленні теоретичних знань, дослідженні проблем з державного фінансового аудиту виконання бюджетних програм у сфері освіти і науки та обґрунтуванні напрямів його вдосконалення. За результатами дослідження сформульовані висновки та шляхи вдосконалення методики та організації державного фінансового аудиту виконання бюджетних програм у сфері освіти та науки. Одержані результати можуть бути використані для оцінки сучасного процесу здійснення державного фінансового аудиту виконання бюджетних програм, зокрема при проведенні контрольних заходів у сфері освіти і науки.

The essence and content of the generalization and consolidation of theoretical knowledge are considered, the study of the problems of the state financial audit of the implementation of budget programs in the field of education and science and the justification of directions for its improvement. Based on the results of the research, conclusions and ways are formulated improvement of the methodology and organization of the state financial audit implementation of budget programs in the field of education and science. The obtained results can be used to evaluate modern the process of state financial audit of budgetary implementation programs, in particular when conducting control measures in the field of education and science.
