Abstract

The qualification work carried out a comprehensive diagnostics of the development of the hotel and restaurant complex "Grandma's Vytrebenki" in order to determine the directions of its further improvement. The theoretical principles of the functioning of hotel and restaurant business establishments and modern approaches to assessing their development were analyzed. The characteristics of the studied complex were provided, an analysis of its financial and economic condition, level of competitiveness, service, marketing strategy and customer experience was carried out. Key problems in the establishment's activities were identified and practical recommendations were developed for improving management processes and implementing innovative solutions.
