Abstract

An analysis of theoretical approaches to the definition of reflection and its role in professional development has been carried out. The specifics of the work of management consultants and the definition of key requirements for their professional competencies have been studied. Mechanisms through which reflected processes affecting the efficiency and competence of consultants in the field of management are reflected. Practical cases of the use of reflective methods in the professional development of consultants are analyzed. Recommendations on the integration of reflective practices into the processes of training and development of consultants have been developed.
