Анотація
The article deals with a coverage and analysis of the problems of the use of intellectual property in the innovation system. Today in our country in more than 1100 scientific institutions and organizations work dozens of thousand of candidates and doctors. At the end of 2015 more than 26,000 are valid patents. All this indicates a significant innovation potential of Ukraine in accordance with international trends, and this should become a driving force for innovation development of economy.
